Same Passion, New Emotions
Demonstrating its continued commitment to Padel, CUPRA is once again partnering with Wilson, leading racket sports brand, and padel ambassador Fernando Belasteguín to launch a new collection, including a racquet, bag, and t-shirts. With a shared passion for the game, this collaboration represents an inspiring evolution for both CUPRA and the padel community, as they continue to create a new wave of emotions.
Fernando will debut the highly anticipated new Wilson Bela CUPRA padel racquet at the upcoming Valencia Open (1-9 July), a prestigious event on the World Padel Tour. This sleek and powerful racquet, based on the renowned Wilson Bela Elite model, showcases CUPRA's commitment to pushing the boundaries of innovation.
The new Wilson Bela CUPRA V2 padel racquet features a stunning black design with a copper logo, exuding elegance and strength. It is meticulously crafted with SpinEffect technology, incorporating textured surfaces and carbon fibre materials to maximize power and control on the court. With a balance of 260mm, a beam of 38mm, and a weight of 365g, this racquet offers players the perfect combination of power, control, and comfort.
“CUPRA and the world of padel share more than just a competitive spirit – they are united by a community of people who are driven by their passion,” said Ignasi Prieto, Global Marketing Director of CUPRA. “CUPRA has been committed to padel since the beginning, and we have never stopped believing in its potential, which has grown in popularity over recent years”.
“With this partnership Wilson proves once again its commitment to grow the sport of padel all over the world by reaching new communities of players”, says Iñaki Cabrera, Wilson Global Business Director Padel.
Fernando has been in the padel circuit for over 25 years and continues to bring the same passion as when he first started as a professional player in 1995. The Wilson Bela CUPRA V2 padel racquet, gives players at all levels the opportunity to write their own legend just like Bela on the court.
