Different paths.

Same circuits.

CUPRA has just become the Ducati Team’s new sponsor in the MotoGP World Championship. We chose Ducati because we’re driven by the same values. To understand this, we need to go back in time. In 2002, when Ducati took the decision to participate in MotoGP, it won the world title in just 4 years – against the big Japanese brands that had long ruled the championship. How did they do it? By reinventing themselves. This is the kind of future we imagine for ourselves in the world of high-performance cars.

CUPRA Same circuit Ducati team

Born on the track but made for the high street, a Ducati is for those who aren’t afraid of going from 0 to 60 mph in just 3 seconds. But it’s more than that. A Ducati rider knows that the bike comes with an attitude that’s not cut out for everyone. And this is what CUPRA is all about.

But there’s more. Jorge Lorenzo, Spain’s three-time world champion and the second runner-up of 2017, Andrea Dovizioso from Italy, are both in Ducati’s Team. Through this sponsorship, both Ducati riders have now become CUPRA ambassadors. The CUPRA logo will not only be featured on their bikes during the competition, but they will also represent the CUPRA brand off the track.

By forging strong collaborative partnerships, CUPRA continues on its mission to bring together a community of racing lovers.
