How does CUPRA subscription work?

This is a short-term rental in which you can select the vehicle that best suits your needs, for terms of 6, 12 or 18 months with no early cancellation costs except for the minimum contract period (currently 6 months).

What are the steps to start the subscription?

We offer you a 100% digital hiring process, although if you prefer advice from a specialist adviser, you can also choose the vehicle at any Official Service of the Brand.

The steps to be taken for hiring are:

1. Choice of vehicle and offer (with the term and mileage you wish to contract).

2. Provide us with your personal, work, etc. information using a simple form.

3. If the request is approved, we will digitally sign your contract.

4. You can now enjoy your new vehicle!

How can I calculate my monthly payments for my dream CUPRA?

What is the duration of the subscription contract?

The periods established above are totally flexible as you can cancel the contract whenever you wish.

Do I need to make a down payment?

This is not mandatory, but it is recommended, since it allows you to reduce the amount of your monthly instalments.

Is it possible to trade in my current car for a down payment on a CUPRA?

Yes, this is possible. Contact your retailer for further information.

Is there an annual mileage limit for CUPRA subscription cars?

With the CUPRA subscription service, you choose the mileage. Contract from 30,000 km to up to 200,000 km per year, adapting it to your needs.

What happens if I exceed the mileage limit?

You will not have any problems with the CUPRA Private subscription: Up to approximately XXX KM lie within the tolerance limit. You can also easily offset the costs at the end of the term. And if you have driven less, you will be reimbursed up to XXX for your fewer KM. Here, too, the tolerance limit of XXX KM applies, for which you will not be billed.

What happens if I want to change the subscription conditions?

By contacting our customer Service indicating the modification you wish to make to your contract, we will process the change rapidly and simply, without any need to sign any new documents.

What services are included?

The services included in your contract are vehicle maintenance and breakdowns, carrying out these the necessary work through Official Services, insurance (with a deductible amount of €300), fine management and travel assistance.

Is there any minimum contract term?

Yes. However, this will depend on your contract duration. Contact your retailer to see your exact minimum contract term.

How do I pay the monthly CUPRA subscription fee?

With the subscription you will pay a single monthly fee that we will send to your bank for collection by direct debit, with a deposit for the amount agreed upon at the contract date, which we will return on expiry of the contract.

You will receive this invoice by email each month, so that you can consult the relevant details whenever you should wish.

Can I leave the country with the CUPRA subscription car?

You can travel without restrictions within Spain.

And yes, our insurance will cover your trips to anywhere within the European Union, with roadside assistance included. You simply have to inform us about your destination beforehand so that we can send you the necessary documentation.

What is financed in a subscription contract?

This product makes it possible to finance fixed assets, whether tangible or intangible, such as machinery, vehicles, real estate, computer hardware and even software, at long term on the basis of the expected life of the assets, and is instrumented through a finance lease arrangement where the ownership of the asset remains with the lessor.  You can find more information about CUPRA subscriptions at in the following link

Where is the service contracted and what documentation do I have to provide for the subscription?

To contract the service, you can go to your nearest CUPRA point of sale with your personal and financial documentation. The documents we need are:

1) DNI (Spanish National ID CARD), NIF (TAX ID CARD) or passport.

2) Your 2 most recent payslips.

3) Your most recent income tax return.

4) Your bank account number and proof of ownership.

What happens if I have an accident?

You will have to communicate the report to our customer Service telephone number (Insurance option), where we will indicate the steps to follow based on the damage caused.

Do I have any warranty?

This is insurance for third parties and own damage with deductibles, which are applicable to each party notified.

Can my partner or another person drive the car, or can only I drive it with the CUPRA My subscription contract?

The subscription contract includes an additional driver. You will only have to communicate your information to us and we will include it in your contract.

Who can enter into a subscription contract?

Any natural or legal person may enter into financial subscription contracts as lessee. Likewise, any individual or legal entity may enter into operating subscriptions or lease contracts without purchase option as lessee.

Can I Test Drive the CUPRA vehicle before signing up for the subscription?

Yes, of course. Request a Test Drive at your nearest point of sale whenever you wish.

What happens if my subscription application is not approved?

If your application is not approved, it will be cancelled at no cost to you.

What happens when my CUPRA subscription comes to an end?

Before your contract ends, we will contact you to ascertain whether you want to extend it, return the vehicle or perhaps make a new reservation for a different model.

How can I cancel my subscription contract?

By contacting our customer Service Department  or your retailer, so that we can tell you how to return the vehicle.  Although early cancellation is free of charge, please remember that the minimum contract term must have elapsed.
