CUPRA BEYOND: The Lounge Chair
Exploring a future beyond the automotive but staying true to our DNA, we’ve integrated parametric design into a prototype inspired by our concept cars, the CUPRA Lounge Chair.
A true centrepiece, its silhouette rises from the ground with organic continuity, coiling and unfurling in a way that alludes to the chair’s adaptive technology.
The sinuous structure anchored by a sculptural base creates a tension of balance and suspension, defying conventional static forms and inviting interaction.
Beneath its surface, an advanced textile membrane adapts intuitively to its user for comfort and emotional connection. Its parametric under-skin technology activates upon contact, adapting to the user.
The chair is a fluid form, responsive to body contact in a way that feels as though it is alive.
